Objectives & Goals

Desiring an increase in reach and web traffic, this project focused on establishing brand identity and developing a strategic path to transform the audience into customers.

Target Audience

During our primary meeting, the client stated that their target audience is women ages 21 - 35 that have an interest in hair care.

So I narrowed it down to two primary audience types.

Timeline

My work with started as a three month contract, so this project was estimated to last that same length of time. Here is a breakdown of what I hoped to do in each month to help achieve each goal.

Content Design

Using a combination of short form video, graphic and photo imagery, the content made for a great showcase of the product, the brand and the values in which they hold.

Metrics

Reach: number of accounts the content has reached.

Engagement: number of accounts engaged with content

Web traffic: external link taps from social media

Skills Used

In order to achieve the results shown, there were a wide variety of skills that were used throughout the growth campaign.

Improvement

Over the course of three months, this client experienced an increase in reach and engagement that far exceeded their initial goals.
Similarly, their web traffic and sales increased as a direct result of their social media.
